Measurement Style:
Ingredients
– 2 eggs
– 127g almond flour
– 50g vanilla whey
– 200g unsweetened applesauce
– 1/2 tsp ground ginger
– 1 tsp cardamom
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp nutmeg
– dash of ground clove
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– Stevia/Splenda to taste (I used a few tsp)
– 5g brown sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat eggs, then combine all ingredients except for brown sugar in a bowl.
- Mix well, then pour batter into greased muffin pan filling 7 muffin moulds.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Keep an eye on the muffins as oven times may vary. Enjoy the Chai Spiced Protein Muffins!
